1. Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
We process all orders within 24-48 hours.
• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
• Rest of India: 5-7 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and Email to keep an eye on your package.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer COD on most orders. However, we encourage prepaid orders for a contactless and faster delivery experience. (Note: Some limited-edition drops may be prepaid only).
Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship to over 25,000 pin codes across India. International shipping is coming soon!
Can I change my address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can change the address for you. Please email us at [support@dmagus.com,dmagus18@gmail.com] immediately with your Order ID and the new address.
2. Sizing & Fit
How do I know which size will fit me?
Since we focus on streetwear, many of our items are designed with an Oversized or Relaxed fit.
• For an Oversized Look: Stick to your standard size.
• For a Regular/Fitted Look: We recommend sizing down by one size.
Please refer to the Size Chart on every product page for exact measurements (Chest, Length, Shoulder) in inches.
I am between sizes. What should I choose?
If you prefer the signature streetwear “drop-shoulder” look, go for the larger size. If you prefer a cleaner fit, go for the smaller size.
3. Product & Quality
What kind of fabric do you use?
We take pride in our quality. Most of our t-shirts and hoodies are crafted from 100% Premium Cotton. We use high GSM (Grams per Square Meter) fabrics—typically 240 GSM for tees and 350+ GSM for hoodies—to ensure the garment feels heavy, durable, and luxurious.
How should I wash my [Brand Name] streetwear?
To keep your prints and fabric fresh:
1. Always wash inside out.
2. Use cold water and a mild detergent.
3. Do not iron directly on the print (iron inside out).
4. Do not bleach or tumble dry.
5. Payments & Security
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Absolutely. We use industry-leading payment gateways (like Razorpay) that are fully encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store your card details.
My payment failed but money was deducted. What do I do?
Don’t worry. This usually reverses automatically within 48 hours. If it doesn’t, please email us with a screenshot of the transaction, and we will help you verify the status.
